Sweet Twist started with a simple conviction: that the best treats come from real ingredients, genuine craft, and the kind of attention most people skip. We opened our doors on Post Road in East Greenwich to give our neighbors a place where sweets aren't mass-produced—they're made.
Every batch is mixed by hand. Every decoration is placed with purpose. Whether it's a wedding cake that becomes the centerpiece of your celebration or a box of truffles you gift to someone you care about, we treat every order like it matters—because it does.
